MINUTY - M of Minuty 2024
Château Minuty is located in Gassin, Provence . The property was acquired by Gabriel Farnet in 1936. In 1955, Minuty was one of 23 properties to be distinguished as a Cru Classé des Côtes de Provence . Monique Farnet, Gabriel's daughter, and her husband Étienne Matton restructured the vineyard in the 1960s. Today, Jean-Etienne and François Matton have taken over and continue to develop Minuty. In 2022, Minuty saw the 4th generation of the Matton family flourish, with Anne-Victoire Matton joining her father Jean-Etienne and her uncle François in managing this Provençal estate. Since 2023, the property has belonged to the LVMH group. Château Minuty is surrounded by 65 hectares of contiguous land on schistose limestone soils, supplemented by 120 hectares on clay-limestone soil in Vidauban and 15 hectares on the slopes of Val de Rian in Ramatuelle.
M de Minuty Rosé is a blend of Grenache (60%), Syrah (20%), Cinsault (15%) and Tibouren (5%) . After pressing, fermentation is carried out at low temperature in stainless steel vats.
