City of London Gin is an artisanal "London dry gin premium" created from a secret family recipe from a mixture of 9 plants (juniper, lemon, coriander, etc.). It is produced by the company City on London Gin, distiller since 1800, one of only two existing Gin distilleries in London, which makes it an authentic "London Distilled Gin". It is distilled in small quantities in a traditional copper still, this process allows the plants to fully develop their aroma.
