RUM CLAIRIN - Amber Rum - 21 months - Ansyen CASIMIR - Single Cask 2015 Caroni Filler # CARCA3 - 49.2%

The rums of the house Clairin are artisan rums and authentic, from the purest tradition of Clairin. The sugar canes used do not come from hybrid lines and are cultivated with care in the respect of the traditions and the environment (certified organic). They are then harvested by hand and transported to the distillery using traditional Cabriolets (ox carts) where they will be distilled fresh. The fermentations will start spontaneously then the distillation will be done in stills heated to bare fire, finally the rum will be bottled to the natural degree.

A rum from the Casimir distillery that we present here Clairin. Small specificity, it has been aged in old barrels of the famous Caroni distillery for 19 months, giving it some aromatic notes of hydrocarbons so unique and unique to Caroni rums. This aging took place in the Clairin cellars and comes from a single barrel, so it is a Single Cask.
