FAIR - Cocoa liqueur (35cl)

Fair is a bottler whose motto has much more to us at Clos des Millésimes: “Think human, drink fair”, a motto which advocates a return to our human roots for a more equitable, fairer and more harmonious drink. Fair is therefore a brand with a refined spirit that brings together enthusiasts whose goal is to distribute high-end spirits by sourcing in a fair and sustainable way.

FAIR cocoa liquor is made from crushed cocoa beans grown in Peru by a cooperative of 1,800 Peruvian farmers. The beans are infused into the vodka to extract their aromas and slight bitterness. This infusion is followed by a slow and gradual reduction enriched with liquid sugar from fair trade, then the liquor is bottled in Cognac.

Profile: Gourmet and rich. Chocolate and mocha.
