The Ti Ced spirit was born in 2011 at the initiative of Cédric Brément then animated with a desire to share his passion for quality rums arranged. The idea was born in his childhood thanks to his grandfather who always knew how to create a convivial moment with his Ti Punch houses. A passion for sharing beautiful emotions in short, a concept at the heart of our philosophy at Clos des Millésimes.
The necessary ingredients are all 100% natural and aim to boost the local economy equitably. The rums are carefully selected in the West Indies, the fruits are harvested at maturity from producers that Cedric knows personally and the cane sugar syrup is specifically made to sublimate the rums of Ced '. Cedric is equipped with a cellar in which he aged his rums, refining them from a few months to several years and sometimes even assembles them in barrels of ex-French wines and ex-European spirits. The workshop is certified organic and the quality of its rums earned him the qualification of "master craftsman", a fair reward for his passion.
This Ti Ced 'Mangue Passion rum is inspired by an ice cream recipe that has already been around the world and has seduced the most gourmet palates. Vanilla Boiurbon from Madagascar and Macadamia nuts were infused into an AOC rum from Martinique which was aged for 6 months in casks of Cognac.
