CLOS LES METS D'ÂMES - OVE 2017

Le Clos les Mêts d'âme is a recent estate in the South-West managed by Céline Oulié, 35 years old. A fervent defender of biodynamics, Céline owns a real farm of around twenty hectares and practices mixed farming there. It has around 5 hectares of vines (in addition to a lake, ponds and sheep) on the AOC Mardiran and Pacherenc. His first wines are a great success: they have a beautiful definition and a lot of elegance. The white wines are aged in ovoid vats and the red in tapered casks. Everything is done to respect the fruit as much as possible. The doses of sulfur are limited to the strict minimum.

This Pacherenc du Vic Bilh has a nice character. The nose is airy, with notes of citrus and white fruits. The mouth has a nice volume, on fruity notes. Lively, mineral and salivating finish. A very nice discovery!
