Côtes du Marmandais

Since the 2000s, Elian Da Ros has been working in certified organic vines and has always worked in respect and harmony with his environment. Elian produces wines in which he transmits all the vibrations of a deep passion.

A meticulously orchestrated blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Aboriou, Clos Baquey comes from a clay-limestone terroir facing South. After complete destemming, the juices of each grape are vinified in whole bunches separately. Finally, a long aging, always separated by 22 months in barrels, will enrich the profile of this wine. But because good things take time, it will take another 12 months of aging in concrete vats to optimize the blend, then 14 months of aging in the bottle to ensure perfect harmonization of the wine.

A wine of patience seems to you, but undeniably a great wine which monopolizes the attention of the greatest wine lovers.
