FERRONI - Amber Rum - 40%

The Ferroni distillery is located within the magnificent property of the Château des Creissauds, not far from Marseille, and is home to high-end spirits. This project was born in 2012 at the initiative of Guillaume Ferroni, a history buff. He wanted to revive old traditions, rich but now fallen into oblivion.

In the nineteenth century, the tradition and the rum trade are widespread in Marseille. Through this rum, Ferroni intends to remind us of this forgotten tradition of a bygone era. Ferroni Ambré is therefore a blend of rums from Guyana, Mauritius and Trinidad. They were then aged in Provences in ex-Rasteau barrels (a Natural Sweet Wine) in the cellars of the Ferroni distillery. This provencal aging brings him originality and greediness.
