RUM NEISSON - Amber rum - Profil 105 Bio - 53.30%

The Neisson distillery is located in Carbet, northwest of the island of Martinique. Neisson was born during the inter-war period in 1931 when the brothers Adrien and Hildebert Pamphile, known as Jean Neisson, bought the La Thieulbert dwelling then equipped with 20 ha of plantations. Today, the Neisson family is still at the head of the family distillery (one of the last in Martinique). Nestled in the middle of its own sugar cane fields, it is particularly well known for its white rum, considered one of the best by purists. Its rum is produced from the direct distillation of pure fermented sugar cane juice and in strict compliance with the rules of the AOC.

From the first production of organic rum by Neisson, this Profil 105 Bio was put in barrels at the end of 2016. This complex rum releases empyreumatic, fruity and spicy notes with a finish on floral and sugar cane notes. A very nice rum!
