Saké - DASSAI 23 - Junmai Daiginjo
Sake is the most famous alcoholic drink in Japan. Brewed with special rice, it has many different styles and qualities depending on the brewing process, the ingredients used and the percentage of polishing of the rice.
Junmai Daiginjo sake does not contain brewer's alcohol and is made from highly polished rice, which results in premium sake.
Dassai 23 is composed of Yamada Nishiki Genmai brown rice polished at a percentage of 23%, and creating an infusion that is delicately sweet but with a dry and lively aftertaste. Dassai 23 is best appreciated refrigerated, in a wine glass, to better enjoy its distinct aroma.
