Jules Metras - Chiroubles - La Montagne 2018

Jules Métras, son of the well-known Yvon Métras, has started recently to produce wines in Beaujolais, in the Chiroublesand Beaujolais-Villages appellation. From his 2 hectares of vines, his first vintage was released in 2014. The vineyard is certified biodynamic.

La Montagne is a Chiroubles appellation, one of the 10 Crus of Beaujolais. This cuvée is made from Gamay grapes from a plot that rises to an altitude of 450 meters.

Grape variety: 100% Gamay
