Saké - DASSAI 45 - Junmai Daiginjo

Sake is the most famous alcoholic drink in Japan. Brewed with special rice, it has many different styles and qualities depending on the brewing process, the ingredients used and the percentage of polishing of the rice.

Junmai Daiginjo sake does not contain brewer's alcohol and is made from highly polished rice, which results in premium sake.

Dassai 45 is made up of 45% polished rice, water and rice koji (rice that has been inoculated with a fermentation culture). Dassai 45 is best appreciated refrigerated, in a wine glass, to better enjoy its distinct aroma.
