Clos Troteligotte - K-briole 2019

Clos Troteligotte is located in the Cahors appellation. The estate has been in existence since 1987 and is now under the management of Emmanuel Rybinski. The Clos covers 30 hectares of which 19 hectares are planted with vines. The vineyard has been certified in organic farming since 2014 and biodynamic since 2017.

K-Briole is a cuvée made from Jurançon Noir (50%) and Cabernet Franc (50%) selected by plots. Maceration is short and fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts. The wine is aged in concrete vats. For this vintage, only 2,000 bottles were produced.
