Distillerie de Paris - 3 ans - Whisky Paris - Bottled 2021 - 52.5%

The Distillerie de Paris was founded on the 22nd of January 2015 by Sébastien and Nicolas Julhès. It was the first Parisian distillery and produces limited series of Gins, Whiskies, Rums, Brandies, Agave, Maple spirits, Vodkas, Sakes... 

This Single Malt Whisky is the first to be marketed by the Paris Distillery. It is made from different types of malts (drying, cooking and peat temperatures), distilled in a Holstein still. It is aged for 3 years, during which the malt alcohol was reduced with water, and the aging was carried out in Seguin Moreau barrels.
