The Cidrerie du Leguer is located in Lannion, in Brittany . Cédric Le Bloas , agricultural engineer, spent 17 years abroad (Africa, Papua New Guinea, etc.) before returning to France and taking over Jean-Luc Kerroux's Vergers de la côte de Granit Rose. He buys the clientele, the brand, the website, the equipment and the orchards and relocates the company to Lannion, where its agricultural shed is located. The orchards are maintained according to organic farming , and without any chemical products.

The fruits are harvested once they have fallen, then sorted. They are washed in water and then ground. The pulp is pressed slowly to obtain as many aromas as possible. The pectin still present in the must is clarified before fermentation. The cider or perry is bottled for its second fermentation, the prize de mousse.
