The Gin Avem – Corvus is an exceptional London Dry Gin, carefully crafted in Cognac, the result of the meticulous blending of three eaux-de-vie of remarkable purity. The first distillation uses the four emblematic grape varieties intended for vodka: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Sémillon, bringing complexity and aromatic richness. During the second distillation, only juniper berries – the fundamental ingredient of gin – are distilled to extract their fresh and resinous notes. The third distillation incorporates a carefully selected bouquet of natural aromatic plants, such as allspice, coriander, and lemon zest, for a perfect balance between power and finesse. Corvus stands out by having a higher concentration of juniper eau-de-vie compared to the classic Gin Avem, enriched with a bitter orange distillate, and then reduced to the Navy Strength of 57.2%, revealing all its power and aromatic intensity.
