DEL Professore - Vermouth Bianco
The “ Jerry Thomas ” project was born from the idea of bringing back to light a forgotten classic mixology style. In 2010, a group of bartenders decided to open a small club in the heart of Rome where colleagues, spirits enthusiasts, curious people and industry representatives could meet and share their expertise and knowledge. It was actually the first Italian "speakeasy" (secret bar). The following years were made of travels, constant studies, cultural exchanges, seminars and a lot of determination. In 2013, after a long and meticulous research, both historical and technical, the “ Vermouth del Professore ” was ready, the first of a long series of quality products designed with the collaboration of “ Antica Distilleria Quaglia ”.
Vermouth del Professore Bianco is made from white wine from the Muscat grape variety. It is enriched with aromatic and medicinal herbs, harvested in the high Alps near Turin, as well as a large number of traditionally used exotic spices: absinthe, mint, lemon, gentian, vanilla, cloves and nutmeg. .
