Brana - Cocoa Liqueur with Pear - 20%
Domaine Brana is located in Ossès, in the Basque Country . In 1974, Etienne Brana and his wife Adrienne created the distillery and planted a William pear orchard. Etienne Brana, self-taught, discovered the art of distillation and built his distillery. Martine and Jean, their children, will take over. Today Martine, distiller, has taken over and developed the ancestral family know-how and continues to innovate with fruits, spices and plants. Fruit brandies and liqueurs are obtained by maceration or distillation in copper pot stills.
This Cocoa Pear liqueur is inspired by the city of Bayonne, the chocolate capital. It is obtained by maceration of selected cocoa raw before being blended with pear eau-de-vie.
