The Morikawa Shuzo House is located in the Hiroshima region of Japan .
Sara is made from Yamada Nishiki rice from a Class A rice field in Hyogo. The water used is one of the softest found in Japan. Usually inappropriate for the elaboration of sake, Maison Morikawa manages to make this fresh water a strength thanks to a very particular artisanal production method.
