Erika - Spring Gin - 45%

Erika Spirit is located in Bergerac , in the South West of France. The company created by three friends specializes in the production of Gins with black heather honey from the Landes. Paul Thirion is a beekeeper and today owns more than 500 hives. He raises, cares for and moves his bees throughout the region as the flowers bloom. The distillation is carried out with a Stupfler still from the Bercloux distillery, located near Cognac.

Spring Gin is the fourth gin produced by Erika Spirit. It is made from an infusion of fresh elderflowers , bursting with pollen, picked and distilled the same day. It also contains juniper, coriander, Physalis, walnut leaves, Erica heather honey and shansho berry.
