Domaine David-Beaupère is located in Juliénas, in Beaujolais . Since 2008, Louis-Clément David has taken over the winery. After business school, he turned away from a career in finance to resume studies as an agricultural engineer at ISARA. With his sister Olympe, they operate the estate's vines using certified organic farming . The vineyard extends over 4 hectares which surround the family home. Since 2014, 4 additional hectares have been cultivated in the communes of Juliénas (Vayolette) and Moulin-à-vent. Since 2009, Claire Beaupère-David (artist-painter by profession) has transformed the family home into guest rooms.

This cuvée comes from Gamay vines grown in the “ La Bottière ” listed climate.
