Bottega - Red Vermouth - 16%
Bottega SpA is located in the province of Treviso, Italy . Distilleria Bottega was founded in 1977 by Aldo Bottega and his wife Rosina. After the death of the founder, his son Sandro became director of the company, with the support of his sister Barbara and his brother Stefano. In a few years, Distilleria Bottega became known thanks to an innovative distillation system and the reduction of the alcohol content of the grappa, which made it softer and delicate. Today the company headquarters is located in Bibano di Godega, between the Venetian lagoon, capital of art and culture, and the Dolomites, where Prosecco DOC and grappa find their origin. Bottega also manages a winery in Valgatara (Verona) and a winery in Montalcino (Siena), where great red wines from Valpolicella and Tuscany are produced. All production phases follow sustainability criteria, preserving the environment for future generations. The company particularly focuses on saving water, reducing CO2 and chemical emissions and recycling waste.
