Les Fils d'Emile Pernot Distillery - White Absinthe from Pontarlier - Young Cousin - 65%
Les Fils d'Émile Pernot is a traditional French family distillery from La Cluse-et-Mijoux, founded in 1889 by Émile-Ferdinand Pernot in Pontarlier in Franche-Comté . Originally, the distillery's flagship product was absinthe, but this having been banned in 1915, it diversified by manufacturing aniseeds, liqueurs and eaux-de-vie.
Cousin Jeune absinthe is obtained by distillation of a mixture of aromatic plants, wormwood and green anise. It is distilled according to the recipe developed by Cosuin Jeune in 1898.
