LA GRANGE TIPHAINE - Trinqu’ames White 2023

La Grange Tiphaine is located in the Loire Valley , and produces wines in the appellations of Montlouis-sur-Loire , Touraine and Touraine-Ambroise . The 15 hectare vineyard is an operation dating from 1850, then specialized in mixed farming (tobacco, cereals, etc.) and which saw its first vines in the 1970s. The estate was purchased in 2002 by Coralie and Damien Delecheneau and they work today together, helped by two employees: Mathieu and Jean-Rémy. They decided to convert the vineyard to organic farming and obtained biodynamic certification in 2014.

Trinqu'Âmes Blanc comes from the purchase of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested by hand, vinified then bottled by Coralie and Damien Delecheneau. The wine is aged in vats for 6 months .
