The Giffard Distillery, renowned for its authentic expertise, was founded in 1885 by Émile Giffard, a passionate pharmacist based in Angers. From the beginning, he conducted extensive research on various beverages, notably creating the famous Menthe-Pastille, a mint-based liqueur with refreshing and digestive properties. Today, after four generations, this iconic family business employs 87 people and exports its premium products to more than 10 countries across four continents, thus securing its essential place in the spirits industry.
