Fever-Tree - Premium Ginger Ale
Fever-Tree is a British premium soft drink producer, founded by Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow in 2004. The company's name comes from its original product: tonic water. Their tonic was flavoured with quinine, a chemical extracted from the bark of the South American cinchona tree. When it was introduced to India as a pharmaceutical to help reduce fever associated with malaria, quinine was mixed with soda water and sugar to make it more palatable, producing the first tonic water. The cinchona tree was called the "fever tree" in India.
Ginger Ale is made from 3 types of ginger . Ginger from India brings a warm and spicy flavor. Ginger from Ivory Coast gives a lemongrass freshness and ginger from Nigeria offers a deep and intense flavor. It Pairs well with whiskeys, bourbons and rums.
