Domaine La Terrasse d'Élise is located between Aniane and Saint Jean de Fos, in Languedoc . Xavier Braujou began his career as a lumberjack. He loved the hours spent alone in the forest, in direct contact with nature, but his real passion was wine. He then began buying vines in Saint Jean de Fos in 1998 and after a few years of practicing both activities, he decided to devote himself fully to working in the vineyard. Its vineyard covers 14 hectares and is conducted using non-certified biodynamic agriculture .
