Château Lassolle - Le Blanc qui tente 2016+2017
Stéphanie purchased the estate in 2002. The latter is planted with old vines (1947/1960) with traditional Marmandais and Southwestern grape varieties (Abouriou, Cot, Fer, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot). Her wines come from a vine grown in a natural way. She does not use weed killers, chemical fertilizers or synthetic pesticides. In the vineyards as in the cellars, the use of machinery is reduced to a minimum.
Her philosophy: the respect for the soil and its particularity, taking into account the biological balance of soil life favoring the natural ecosystem, and finally, reducing yields in favour of quality. In the cellar, she uses her own yeasts and of course no enzymes or other products that would destroy the life of the wine.
Composed of 100% Sémillon and blend of several vintages, Le Blanc qui Tente is a natural, slightly spritzy wine. Very refreshing and easy to drink!
