Les Clous Aimé comes from several localities located on one of the slopes of the valley of Bouzeron, facing south, where, in summer, the grapes ripen sheltered from the north wind. The vines are planted with selections of the Chardonnay grape variety chosen for their moderate yields.
From old vines and a predominantly limestone terroir, this wine presents in its youth a very pure and mineral character. This wine comes from seven different plots of Chardonnay located in the Bouzeron appellation area.
Les Clous Aimé is above all a wine to keep. To fully appreciate it, it reveals the finesse and complexity of its aromas 5 to 7 years after bottling.
Clous Aimé 2015 is powerful, dense, with a soft and floral touch at the same time. A wine of pleasure, without complex and very attractive.
