This concentrated, rich and intense wine retains excellent precision and balance. Its toasted and brioche notes mingle with candied citrus fruits, vanilla and star anise. It will be a perfect companion for a brioche duck foie gras or a walnut tart.

This level of maturity is generally reached from halfway through the harvest (mid-October) and a unique sorting of the grapes affected by Noble Rot allows the perfect expression of the overripe grape variety. The levels of remaining sugars are generally of the order of 40-60 g / l.
