Minimum filtration at 2/3 of the fermentation
Bottled on September 20, 2017 with crown capsules Natural bubble making in bottles
Sulfur-free wine added
This cuvée is the embodiment of the first sparkling wines, made according to the ancestral method. Pretty little bubbles, very little alcohol and a very fresh fruit that make it the perfect aperitif during the summer!
