Cormé - Eric Bordelet 2018
The cormé is a drink attested as early as the 15th century, especially in the former province of Maine. The name Cormier will come from the Gallic "curmi" fermented drink. Cormier, hardy and long-lived, has a hard and resistant hardwood. It was used to make carpenter's tools or mill gear teeth. The idea of Eric Bordelet is to bring back to the taste of the day an authentic drink with rich flavors and unpublished while highlighting a fruit nowadays unknown and rare in his region of Maine. With a potential of 9% it was blocked at 7% with 30g of residual sugars.
A real delight that will delight you!
