SIPSMITH - London Dry Gin 

It all started in 2009, in a tiny workshop in Hammersmith, London. The founders (Fairfax, Sam and Jared) created the first distillery with traditional copper stills in London since 1820. Their mission was simple: to bring the London Dry Gin of uncompromising quality and character to the city where it first earned its name.

Each bottle of Sipsmith is handcrafted in real small batches. No timings, no automatic cuts, just a talent for craftsmanship and a passion for well-made gin.

Plants are carefully selected worldwide - choosing only the best quality ingredients. Sipsmith's recipe was inspired by that found by master distiller Jared in an 18th century book called "The Art of Distilling". Each day, they add precisely the amount of plants necessary to make a batch of gin in each still - without ever adding more to create a concentrated gin.
