Château Lestignac - Le Blanc 2017
Château Lestignac is located in Sigoulès-et-Flaugeac in the Périgord. Two activities coexist: viticulture in Lestignac, and an activity of wine merchants through the Hors les Murs house for the production of thirst-quenching wines from grapes grown in organic and/or biodynamic agriculture. Lestignac consists of 3 blocks of plots over 7 hectares.
The Lestignac blanc is made mostly from Sémillons which survived the 2017 frost episode. Once harvested, the grapes are pressed for 12 to 18 hours. The juices ferment for 18 months in barrels of 2 to 10 wines.
Grape variety: Sémillon
