CORVEZZO - Prosecco Spumante
Corvezzo is a winery located near Treviso in Veneto, Italy. The family-owned winery and the vineyard cover 154 hectares. Corvezzo’s wines are produced with grapes cultivated exclusively without pesticides, herbicides and synthetic fertilizers. A photovoltaic plant provides energy to the machines employed in the winemaking process and a biomass plant will be producing thermic energy from the pruning waste. Natural paper and recycled materials are used for labels and boxes, while lightweight bottles helps reducing air pollution.
This Prosecco is a blend of Glera (85%) and 15% of grape varieties accepted by the DOC. After gentle cold pressing, the wine is fermented for 60 days using the Charmat method to retain freshness and fruity flavour. It was bottled at 12 g/Lof residual sugars.
Grape varieties: 85% Glera, 15% other grape varieties
