Domaine de Fondrèche - Blanc 2020
Domaine de Fondrèche is located in Mazan, in the Ventoux appellation in the Rhône. The estate is managed by Sébastien Vincenti, who is keen to favour ecology and the environment in his production method: installation of photovoltaic panels, treatment of cellar water, vineyard management in organic farming, reduction of phytosanitary products at profit from decoction and infusion of plants... The estate today consists of three large plots well defined according to their production objectives for a total of 40 hectares. The lunar calendar influences all interventions on the plant in order to strengthen the natural defenses of the vine.
The wines of Domaine de Fondrèche summarize the philosophy of the estate, 20 years of work and restructuring of the estate.
The Blanc 2020 is a blend of Grenache Blanc (30%), Roussanne (30%), Clairette (30%) and Rolle (10%). The harvest is harvested at night, pressing is carried out under nitrogen to prevent oxidation of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in vats and aging lasts 6 months on fine lees. Bottled in flowering days.
