The High West Distillery is located in Wanship, Utah in the United States . It was founded in 2006 by David Perkins and his wife Jane. In 2004, David and his family moved to Park City, Utah, to start their new business, where they began distilling in 2007. Today, Master Distiller Brendan Coyle is in charge of the elaboration whiskeys.
