Absinthe - The White Fairy
La Fée is a white absinthe produced in association with the Absinthe Museum in Auvers-sur-Oise in the Île-de-France region. It is made from an original recipe from the 19th century and consists of a neutral beet alcohol distilled with herbs and spices: absinthe, fennel, lemon balm, anise, mint, coriander... Long banned in France, the Absinthe contains a molecule called Thujone which is said to stimulate creativity but which could also lead to madness. Today, Thujone levels are limited to 35 mg/L of absinthe.
