Giancarlo Mancino carefully chooses around forty botanicals (including Italian absinthe, pontic rhododendron, gentile, romaine) ground in a traditional mill dating from 1930. The extraction is manual and the Vermouths are left to rest for a minimum of 6 months. before bottling.
Kopi is made from Italian white wines blended with Indonesian coffee extract. The 14 beans of Robusta de Java are roasted in Naples by Barbera Caffè, and participate in a coffee content of 0.5% per bottle. This semi-sweet Vermouth offers bitter notes of Robusta and a nose reminiscent of Tiramisu.
