Domaine Gueguen - Petit Chablis 2022

Domaine Gueguen is located in Chablis , in Burgundy . It was created in 2013 by Céline and Frédéric Gueguen , born into families of winegrowers. They own 25 hectares of vines, mostly planted with Chardonnay in the Bourgogne and Chablis appellations. They also exploit the Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties for the AOC Saint-Bris, Pinot Noir for Irancy and the old Sacy grape variety. The vineyard is managed according to the principles of sustainable viticulture and is certified in High Environmental Value (HVE).

Petit Chablis comes from Chardonnay vines grown on Portland soil and which are 30 years old. After direct pressing, fermentation occurs in vats and malolactic fermentation is complete. The wine is aged on fine lees , in stainless steel vats for 10 months .

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
