Valinch & Mallet is an independent bottling company created by two friends, coming from different backgrounds and united by the common passion for whisky, the desire to turn it into a profession and to share its fruits with everyone. Davide Romano and his friend select Single Casks of whiskeys and rums, mature them and bottle them without chill filtration and without adding colorings.

This rum is a limited edition created in collaboration with Rhum des Vins , a spirits merchant based in Paris. It was distilled in the wooden pot still of the Port Mourant distillery (Demerara) in Guyana in 1997 and aged for 25 years. This Single Cask ( #4) produced 64 bottles .
