Beatrice and Pascal Lambert

Domaine Béatrice and Pascal Lambert is located in Cravant-les-Côteaux, in the Chinon appellation in the Loire Valley . They cultivate 18 hectares of vines certified in biodynamic agriculture , on 3 distinct types of soil: gravel, clay-limestone and clay with flint. Natural methods are put in place for the production of the wines: the fermentations take place slowly, naturally without adding yeast, without sulfur or any input. The main cellar work (racking, bottling) is carried out according to the phases of the moon and the aging is adapted to the typicality of the terroirs. Béatrice and Pascal Lambert make maximum use of mass-selected vine plants.
